This Online Bidding site is intended to be a useful, friendly, and enjoyable experience.  However, as with any purchase transaction, there are risks involved, and we strongly advise you to understand all of these terms and conditions before placing a bid.

 

Auction Fees:  Besides the amount of your bid, you agree to pay a 10% auction fee, as well as all required sales tax and vehicle registration fees, subject to your place of residency.  California residents must pay California sales tax, which ranges from 7.75% to 8.25%, subject to the county where you reside, as well as Califonria vehicle registration fees, which include a $55 documentation fee, a $50 smog fee, and an $8.25 smog certificate fee.

 

Winning Bids:  By placing a bid on this website, you agree to purchase the vehicle for the amount of your bid, plus applicable fees.  Once your bid is confimed to be the winning bid, you must deposit $850.00 immediately.  You may pay by cash, credit card, or by cashier's check. You will then have 2 business days to complete your transaction and pay for your vehicle in full.  You will be assessed a $50 per day storage fee if you do not claim your vehicle within the allowed time period.

Rights To Suspend or Terminate: You agree that this website, at its own discretion, may terminate any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice if:  (a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this website; (b) You have repeatedly violated a certain term or condition of this agreement; (c) We believe you to be a non-paying bidder.  In most cases, when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account while we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be closed.

Your Conduct: You are solely responsible for your actions on this website. You must ensure that your participation in buying a vehicle does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must ensure that you are entitled to buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.  You must not transmit through this service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation. Cars may be sold before the auction ends.

Membership: Membership to this website is only available to those who can legally enter a binding contract. This website does not permit minors (under the age of 18) to register. If any member registers wtih an incorrect age,  their account will be terminated immediately. A reserve must be met inorder to win the car.   All Cars have reserves.  

 

Disclaimer: This website shall not be responsible for any items sold by auction, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either buyer and/or seller. This website shall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting form any goods purchased or obtained. This website assumes no liability for the content of the listings. 

Laws: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.  By registering herein, you agree to have any dispute resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in the County of Orange, State of California, USA.
